Our process
- 1
Report the issue
Photos of internal water staining and any visible external damage help us prioritise. Active leaks during weather are responded to same-day with emergency tarping if needed.
- 2
Survey from the roof
Drone inspection or scaffolded survey depending on access. You receive a written report with photos pinpointing the cause — not just the symptom.
- 3
Fixed-price repair quote
Quote covers materials, scaffolding (where required), waste removal and any internal making-good. Itemised so you can see exactly where the money goes.
- 4
Weatherproof & guaranteed
Repairs carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Full re-roofs are covered by 15-year material guarantees and a 10-year workmanship warranty.
FAQs
Roofing questions, answered.
- My roof is leaking right now — what should I do?
- Place a bucket under the drip, move furniture aside, and call us. If it's actively raining we'll attend with emergency tarping to make watertight before a proper repair is scheduled in dry weather.
- Do I need scaffolding for a small repair?
- Not always. Single-tile replacements on accessible roofs can be done from a roof ladder. Anything more extensive — or any work above two storeys — requires scaffolding for safety and to comply with Working at Height regulations.
- How long does a flat roof last?
- Modern EPDM rubber: 25–30 years. GRP fibreglass: 20–25 years. Traditional felt (3-layer torch-on): 15–20 years. Single-ply membranes (PVC, TPO): 20–25 years. We'll recommend the right system for your roof and budget.
- Can you do a pre-purchase roof survey?
- Yes — buyer's surveys are £295 (London zones 1–4) and include a written report with photos, life-expectancy assessment and budget for any required works.
- Do you handle insurance claims?
- Yes. We provide insurance-grade reports, photographic evidence and itemised quotations, and liaise directly with loss adjusters where requested.
