FRAMEWORK Property was started in 2018 by a property manager fed up with chasing contractors. Seven years later we're the trusted maintenance partner to landlords, letting agents, Airbnb hosts and commercial property teams across Brighton, Sussex and the South East.
Our story
From one frustrated property manager to 40+ in-house engineers.
We started with a single van and a simple promise: turn up when we said we would, quote what we said we'd quote, and treat every property like our own. That promise hasn't changed — we've just scaled the team that keeps it.
Today, FRAMEWORK Property operates 9 in-house trades, a Brighton dispatch hub and an in-house customer team — handling everything from a 2am burst pipe to multi-site commercial contracts.
