FAQs
Plumbing questions, answered.
- Do you really answer the phone at 3am?
- Yes. Our control room is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year. Average call-pickup is under 20 seconds and an emergency plumber is typically on-site within 60 minutes inside Zones 1–3.
- Is there a call-out fee?
- No. We charge for the work performed against a transparent fixed price agreed before we start. If we can't fix the issue first visit, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
- Are you WaterSafe registered?
- Yes — every plumber is WaterSafe and WRAS approved, fully insured to £5m public liability, and DBS-checked. Certificates are available on request.
- Can you turn the water back on if I've isolated it?
- Absolutely. If you've already shut the stopcock, leave it off — call us and an engineer will safely depressurise, repair and recommission the system.
- Do you handle bathroom installations?
- Yes. We project-manage full bathroom refits from design through tiling, plumbing, electrical and decorating — all using directly-employed in-house trades.
