Survey & sample
For larger jobs we attend, take measurements, recommend products (Dulux Trade, Farrow & Ball, Little Greene) and produce a written specification covering preparation, undercoats and finish coats.

Preparation
60% of decorating quality is in the prep. We fill, sand, caulk, stain-block, prime and protect — and itemise it on the quote so you can see what you're paying for.

Application
Cutting in by brush, rolling by lint-free sleeve, spraying with HVLP where appropriate. Two coats minimum on every painted surface as standard.

Sign-off & touch-up kit
Walk-through on completion, snag list addressed within 48 hours, and a labelled touch-up kit left behind so future scuffs can be patched without a re-attendance.

- How quickly can you turn around a void-period repaint?
- Most one or two-bed flats are repainted in 2–3 working days from key handover. We coordinate with cleaners and any other trades to compress the void window where possible.
- Do you protect the carpets and furniture?
- Yes — full coverage with breathable dust sheets and carpet film. Furniture is moved to the centre of rooms and covered. We leave the property cleaner than we find it.
- What paint do you use?
- Dulux Trade as the default for tenant-turnover properties (durable, fast-recoat, scrubbable). Farrow & Ball, Little Greene or Paint & Paper Library on owner-occupier and heritage work. We'll always discuss before specifying.
- Can you paint kitchen units?
- Yes — we spray-finish kitchen units in 2-pack polyurethane or water-based satinwood for a factory-grade finish. Doors removed off-site for spraying, carcasses cut-in on-site. 3–5 day turnaround for a typical kitchen.
- Do you handle wallpaper?
- Yes — hanging, stripping and lining paper. We work with paste-the-wall and traditional paste-the-paper, and have hung most major brands including Cole & Son, Sanderson, Designers Guild and Morris & Co.
