Pricing FAQ
Questions about costs?
For anything not covered below, our team is happy to give you a no-obligation quote over the phone.
- Do you charge a call-out fee?
- No. You pay for time on site (rounded to the nearest 30 minutes after the first hour) or the fixed price quoted before work starts.
- How do fixed prices work?
- For most reactive jobs the engineer diagnoses on arrival and confirms a fixed price before any work begins. You can accept or decline at no cost.
- Are parts included?
- Parts are charged at trade cost plus a small handling fee — itemised on every invoice.
- Do you offer commercial accounts?
- Yes. Credit accounts, consolidated monthly invoicing and discounted rates are available for property managers and commercial clients.
