Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. You pay for time on site (rounded to the nearest 30 minutes after the first hour) or the fixed price quoted before work starts.
How do fixed prices work?
For most reactive jobs the engineer diagnoses on arrival and confirms a fixed price before any work begins. You can accept or decline at no cost.
Are parts included?
Parts are charged at trade cost plus a small handling fee — itemised on every invoice.
Do you offer commercial accounts?
Yes. Credit accounts, consolidated monthly invoicing and discounted rates are available for property managers and commercial clients.
