How long do void works usually take?
It depends on what the property needs. A light refresh with touch-ups and a lock change can be turned around in a day or two, while full repainting, plaster repairs and safety checks together usually take a week or more. We agree a schedule with you before any work starts.

Can you work around our incoming tenants' move-in dates?
Yes. Tell us the move-in date when you book and we'll plan the works backwards from it, so the property is clean, safe and certified in time for handover.
